ENRIQUE GARCÍA, is a Director of Digital Solutions at Carrefour Spain. He heads the development of Carrefour’s digital platforms as well as the construction of data capability (data architecture and data science). He also leads the overall digital transformation program of Carrefour Spain. Before joining Carrefour in early 2016, he spent most of his professional life as a management consultant and was a partner at McKinsey & Company’s Madrid office.
Enrique holds a BsC in engineering by Ecole Polytechnique de Paris, a MsC in Physics by Université d´Orsay and a MBA by Stanford GSB. He is married to Patricia and has two daughters, Isabel and Sofia. He spends part of his free time swimming and doing MOOCs on programming (he loves Python and Scala) and Data Science.
